RATES
Cabin Rates (May - October)
- Friday-Saturday: Cabins $165 plus tax; House $265 plus tax
- Sunday-Thursday: Cabins $125 plus tax; House $225 plus tax
- Call for extended stay, corporate, and event rates.
Seasonal Cabin Rates (November - April)
- Friday-Saturday: Cabins $125 plus tax; House $195 plus tax
- Sunday-Thursday: Cabins $100 plus tax; House $150 plus tax
- Call for extended stay, corporate, and event rates.
Meals
- Breakfast: $6 - $10 served 8:00 - 10:00
- Lunch: Picnic Style $8
- Dinner: Rates range from $12 to $25 (menu varies) served 5:00-6:30 pm
- 15% discount on meals for children under 5

- Indoor Meeting Capacity – 40 people
- Outdoor Meeting Capacity – 55 people
- Lodging Capacity – 40 people
- Outdoor Event Capacity – 100+
Ranch Policies
One night’s payment required in full, at time of booking, to hold room(s). Each reservation must be guaranteed with valid credit card number. 50% deposit required for all reservations. Deposit is applied to room charges, and balance is due at checkout.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Your credit card deposit is processed at time of booking. Personal check or cash payments are accepted but must be guaranteed with credit card.
If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. If cancellation is made more than 7 days before the start of the reservation period, we will be glad to refund your credit card deposit less $15 for credit card processing fees. We regret that a cancellation received fewer than 7 days before the reservation period must forfeit the entire deposit, and you are responsible for payment of each additional night booked. Email and voice-mail cancellations are not acceptable. If we are able to rebook your room, your deposit less $15 charge will be refunded to your credit card.
Check-in times will be arranged between 3:00 and 8:00 pm. Please call if you are running early or late and cannot make the arranged check-in time. Late check-in arrangements can be made with prior notice. Check-out time is 11:00 am. At check-in, meal arrangements will be finalized.
